Integrating your calendar with Glade streamlines the process of booking client consultations, calls, and meetings, all in one convenient location. This feature not only simplifies scheduling for you and your clients but also eliminates the need for cumbersome back-and-forth communication and traditional pen-and-paper systems. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to connect your calendar to Glade.

Steps to Connect Your Calendar

Follow these instructions to integrate your calendar with Glade:

  1. Log into your Glade account and access your dashboard, indicated by the house icon on the left side of the screen.

  2. Locate the box icon on the left; this represents your services tab. Click on it to navigate to a page displaying the services you offer.

  3. Find the consultation option you wish to connect your calendar to and select it. A details page will appear.

  4. On the details page, look for the line labeled "Availability." Click on it to expand the selection, which will show you and your team members who have accounts with Glade.

  5. In the far right column labeled "Actions," click the three dots next to your name and select "Edit Availability."

  6. This action will lead you to a window where you can select a calendar to connect. You can also edit your business hours in this window.

Availability Display

Once your calendar is connected, Glade will only display the days and times that you have marked as available. This ensures that your clients can only book appointments during your designated hours.
