How SMS Ai Messaging Works
Your Noodle Ai assistant will follow up via SMS where appropriate. You can enable SMS within your dashboard. Just head to your account, then select ‘Business Details’ to enable SMS.
For all SMS messages, your client will need to opt-in. They can do so when they create an email and password for your portal, or at any time through their user profile.
Invites
Your Ai will send an SMS when you initiate a case on behalf of a client.
Example message: “Hey {{clientName}}! You have been invited to collaborate on a {{caseTypeName}} with your attorney, {{attorneyName}}. Click the link to start working on your case: {{shortLink}}”
Task Reminder
Your Ai will follow up with your clients about tasks they have to complete.
Example message: “Hey {{clientName}}! This is a message from your attorney, {{attorneyName}}. You have 2 outstanding tasks to complete for your {{caseTypeName}} - a retainer agreement and your initial payment. Follow the link to complete these tasks now: {{shortLink}}”

Messaging Notification
Your Ai will send a notification when you respond in chat.
Example message: “{{creatorName}} has sent you a new private message. Click here to view their message and respond: {{userProfileChatURL}}”
Your Ai will send a notification when you add a discussion comment to their case.
Example message: “{{creatorName}} has added a new comment to your case ({{productTitle)}}. Click here to view their comment and respond: {{userWorkflowURLwithDiscussionOpen}}
Your Ai will send a notification any time you assign your client to a task.
Example message: “{{creatorName}} has assigned you to a new task: “{{attachmentTitle}}”. Click here to view and complete your task: {{taskURL}}
