What to Expect During Your Glade Onboarding

This guide will walk you through the onboarding process within the Glade.ai platform. Our streamlined workflow ensures a seamless experience that exposes you to the customer (your clients) facing journey, from signing contracts to setting up your attorney dashboard. Anticipate these steps after getting started:

1. Receive Your Invitation
Once you're added to Glade, you'll receive an email invitation to create your password & participate in our onboarding workflow. Click the link provided in the email and create your password to begin the onboarding process.
2. Complete Initial Steps
Upon accessing the Glade platform, you’ll complete the following:
Digitally Sign a Contract: Review and sign the contract directly within the platform to formalize your participation.
Provide Required Documents: Upload the necessary documents as outlined in your onboarding instructions.
Answer a Questionnaire: Complete the process discovery questionnaire to help us understand your specific needs and preferences.
Pay Any Fees: Securely process any required payments through our integrated payment portal.
Communicate with Our Team: Use Glade’s workflow discussion panel to ask questions or provide additional information as needed.
3. Create Your Attorney Dashboard
After completing the initial steps, you'll receive a direct link to sign up and create your personalized attorney dashboard. This dashboard will serve as your central hub for managing cases, tracking progress, and collaborating with your team.
4. Book a Walkthrough Call
Schedule a walkthrough call with our Client Success Manager (CSM) team. During this session, we will:
Test your setup to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
Provide a detailed walkthrough of initiating booking & cases through Glade.
Answer any questions and offer tips for maximizing your efficiency on the platform.
5. Begin Using Glade
Once your setup is complete and you’ve had your walkthrough, you’re ready to start using Glade! We'll assist you with connecting Glade to your website, adding your team members, and providing instructional videos to share with your team. Our platform is designed to simplify case management, enhance communication, and keep your workflows organized.
