How to Organize and Download Documents in the Documents Tab

The Documents tab in Glade allows law firms to manage and organize files effortlessly. Follow these steps to sort and download your documents:

Sorting Documents

  1. Navigate to Review Documents under the Overview tab for your client’s case.

  2. Use the three-dot icon on the left side of any document.

    • Click and drag the document to reorder it according to your preference.

    • Continue until all documents are organized in the desired order.

Downloading Organized Files

  1. Once the documents are arranged, you have two options to download them:

    • Download as PDF: Combines all selected files into a single PDF in the exact order displayed.

    • Download as ZIP: Downloads all selected documents as individual files within a compressed ZIP folder.

This simple feature ensures you can present and share your files in a clean, professional manner

Tips:

  • Make sure all files are uploaded before sorting.

  • Double-check the order before downloading to save time later.
