How to Create an Invoice Request

The Invoice Request feature in Glade allows you to generate customized invoices for your clients with ease. Follow these steps to create a new Invoice Request:

Creating a New Invoice Request

  1. Navigate to the Building Blocks tab on the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the +Create Invoice Request button in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Enter the Title of Invoice in the provided field.

Adjusting Invoice Settings

  1. Under the Settings section, check or uncheck the applicable boxes:

    • Pass payment processing fees to contact: Decide if clients will pay processing fees.

    • Allow partial payments: Enable clients to pay in installments.

    • Allow ACH payments: Allow direct bank transfers.

    • Allow card payments: Accept payments via credit or debit card.

    • Force debit card transactions only (optional).

Adding Line Items

  1. Scroll down to the Line Items section.

  2. Click Add line item and fill in the following:

    • Item Description: Specify the fee (e.g., Attorney fees, Court costs).

    • Quantity: Enter the number of items.

    • Price: Set the price per item.

  3. Add additional line items as necessary.

Finalizing the Invoice

Once all details are entered and settings are configured, save the invoice to finalize the request.
