How to Initiate Client Intake from Your Glade Dashboard
Attorneys can easily kick-start the client intake process from the Glade dashboard. By using the “Initiate Booking” button, you can schedule a consultation and create a new workflow on behalf of a potential client—all without leaving your dashboard.
Steps to Initiate a Consultation
Log In to Glade
Access your Glade account and head to your main dashboard.
Click “Initiate Booking”
Look for the “Initiate Booking” button on the top left of the dashboard beneath "Home" This action starts the process of scheduling a consultation and creating a consultation workflow.
Enter Client Information
Input the potential client’s details and select the day and time of the intake consultation.
Confirm the Consultation
Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, confirm the booking. Glade will automatically generate a consultation workflow and notify you of any next steps.
